Vouchers can be redeemed on any hair and beauty treatment and are valid for one year.
Vouchers for hair and beauty can only be purchased by popping in to the salon, we do not currently have a way of purchasing online but we are looking in to it! We also do not take orders for vouchers over the phone.​

We like to reward our regular customers! With our loyalty cards you can collect a stamp for every time you spend £30 in one transaction or write a review or follow us. Then when you have collected 10 stamps you can get 50% off your next treatment.

Terms and Conditions: One stamp for each spend of £30 in one transaction. Only one stamp per visit. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 50% is only off one treatment, not all, if in for multiple treatments. Not redeemable on Laser hair removal, gift voucher purchases or any treatments in excess of £90.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PATCH TESTING - BEAUTY
Certain treatments require a patch test which will need to be carried out at least 24 hours before the treatment. Please remember to book this in as may result in cancelled appointment.

PATCH TESTING - HAIR
Skin test required on all colour services. We recommend a consultation before all colour/technical services.

APPOINTMENTS
Deposits will be required for all treatments over the value of £30 or for an appointment that is an hour or more in duration. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to complete a mandatory consultation form which enables your therapist to tailor any treatment to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of all appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your therapist of any allergies or medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to your treatment, as some treatments may not be suitable.
