TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PATCH TESTING - BEAUTY
Certain treatments require a patch test which will need to be carried out at least 24 hours before the treatment. Please remember to book this in as may result in cancelled appointment.

PATCH TESTING - HAIR
Skin test required on all colour services. We recommend a consultation before all colour/technical services.

APPOINTMENTS
Deposits will be required for all treatments booked in the salon or any appointments booked online. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to complete a mandatory consultation form which enables your therapist to tailor any treatment to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of all appointments must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. If you do not turn up on the day, the full amount will be charged.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your therapist of any allergies or medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to your treatment, as some treatments may not be suitable.
